My family and I where on a trip to [redacted] , when we stopped to fuel up and noticed our truck was leakingTurns out the water pump was shot outWe are from the [redacted] , about a days trip, stranded, at 4:am on a SundayLuckily we have ***, and they sent [redacted] from Hamilton Towing to pick us up and take us to an mechanic, with the hopes they will open soonWhile we where waiting for the tow truck, I tried to look up info on this place, but had no luck...sketchy [redacted] got to us only about minutes later, and told us that the place [redacted] suggested is not reliable ( a mechanic's shop off of someone's hose, with unknown hours)He suggested a [redacted] , only a few miles away, that would be open on Sunday, let us know of possible hotels to stay at while we waited for the [redacted] to open, but suggested we just wait outside and save that moneyHe was nice, helpful and gave us a number to reach in case we needed further assistanceMade our "stranded in the desert, a days length away from home, 2/into our road-trip, with a broken down truck" situation a lot betterTwo thumbs way up!

On Sunday Aug13, at 3:pm I was leaving for work and my car would not startSo I called AAA My experience with AAA'S call center was a nightmare I was so frustrated and upset until Ron from Hamilton towing showed up Within minutes he was able to calm me down regarding problems with the call centerHe tried to jump start my car, but it was not the battery I am a in home CARE RN and was already minutes lateMy patient is a quadriplegic At this point Ron could see how upset I was and he went above and beyond what was expected from AAA Needless to say I made it to my jobBecause of Ron's kindness and commitment to his job I was only van hour late I tried to compensate Ron for his extra time , but he would not hear of it I hope at least Ron receives this review and knows how thankful I am to him

Needed to have one of my vehicles taken to a repair facility today. The facility suggested Hamilton. From the professional manner my call was handled to the driver who responded I must say the experience was extremely positive. Wish more businesses were like this. Thanks.

On Sunday Aug. 13, 2016 at 3:30 pm I was leaving for work and my car would not start. So I called AAA. My experience with AAA'S call center was a nightmare. I was so frustrated and upset until Ron from Hamilton towing showed up. Within 2 minutes he was able to calm me down regarding problems with the call center. He tried to jump start my car, but it was not the battery. I am a in home CARE RN and was already 45 minutes late. My patient is a quadriplegic. At this point Ron could see how upset I was and he went above and beyond what was expected from AAA. Needless to say I made it to my job. Because of Ron's kindness and commitment to his job I was only van hour late. I tried to compensate Ron for his extra time , but he would not hear of it. I hope at least Ron receives this review and knows how thankful I am to him.
