I spoke to Ms*** this morning, February 15, I asked her who contacted her about a balance due for The Palms ApartmentsMs*** said she was not sure who contacted her, but stated that she received a
phone call telling her she had a balance dueMs*** did not have the name of the person or company that contacted herShe also did not have a phone number for the person that called herI told Ms*** that our records show she has a zero balance with The Palms ApartmentsI called the collection agency we use just to be sure her account was not sent to collections in errorThe agency we use has no record of Ms*** being sent to collectionsI explained all of this to Ms*** and told her I would be happy to write her a letter verifying that she has a zero balance with The Palms if she would like for me toI also gave Ms*** my contact info and asked her to call me back if she were to receive anymore phone callsMs*** was very appreciative of this information and said she would contact me if she received any other callsRegards,
