called twice. Left messages both times on the answering machine. She indicated she contacted us 3 times. None of my staff know of a phone call from her. Our office is closed on Sundays and that is one of the dates listed in the complaint that she talked to us. We do not know what roof this complaint references. We have not done an inspection at the address listed on her check or on your letter. We are holding her check until this is resolved. Insurance companies inspect properties differently than we inspect and for different items. An inspection is subjective and can be interpreted differently.
