I talked to ** *** on Monday. I proposed that we release him from his current contract with no penalties, as well as giving him a $credit on his bill, and he agreed to the proposal. Attached is the release form I sent over to him on Mon. As of 10:today he has not returned
it to us. As soon as he does we can move forward. I will send him an e-mail reminder shortly
