lift to get to the light fixture because It was 20-24 feet in the air, and that he would be back in the morning for the repair.
The second item, I have attached, that someone, according to my Technician it was Mr. [redacted], signed our work order that we completed the work. I can't read the signature as Mr. [redacted]
Hamilton Electric Inc. is sorry for the mis-understanding, and is willing to cut the bill $50.00, which would make the bill amount $520.51_ if Mr. [redacted] pays this amount Hamilton Electric Inc. will not pursue other avenues for collection.

The company did mention that they might need a lift to access the light fixture, but did not say that it would be used only for our job, nor did they give an estimate on the rental cost of a lift.

Since arbitration is not possible, and time contraints, we will pay the amount of the invoice of $570.51 less the $50.00 cut by the company.

At least it is on the record that it cost us $520.51 to have Hamilton Electric change a light bulb.
