We are confident the vehicle arrived at our shop without the center cap on the wheel; however this was not noted on the courtesy check.We are and have been in the process of trying to locate a replacement center cap for this year old rim, which is proving to be difficult due to the age
of it.Ms*** was not happy with a compensation offer we made and instead expects us to replace all four of the rims on the vehicle, which in our opinionis unrealistic We are trying our best to locate the appropriate wheel cap
