We are gonna try are best to help resolve this dispute with the customer We will reach out to the customer and try to replace as many of the receipts she has with car wash vouchers We discussed this matter in our weekly employee meeting to make sure no employee was directing a customer
in the wrong direction when it comes to paying for washes at our gas pumps and using them at a different dateWe have never run into this issue in our years at this location, so we will try to correct this situation with the customer Receipts older than year is going to be hard to determine if they were used or not since theres no way to track receipts older than year Any further questions please call our manager, *** *** *** thank you
