Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/08/03) */ [redacted] is not being truthful with the facts of her complaint [redacted] complained and Scott the RD said he would check into it , [redacted] called the store harassing the Managers up to 3-4x per day for multiple days [redacted] was refunded her money and given bounce backs in hopes of making her happy even though her actions were very disrespectful and harassing She kept asking personnel questions which she was told that personnel questions are not discussed with customers [redacted] was refunded her money , given bounce backs cards and ate and drank for free just so she would stop harassing the store not because she was right
