This person doesn't send items. Then if you flag it with your credit card company--I did after four months. She will fight the credit dispute by saying no refunds after 120 days. I'd recommend not giving her money.

I ordered a stained glass piece in 2017, after being fed a bunch of excuses for 5 months I looked her up and saw the reviews on BBB. I immediately disputed the charge with paypal and was able to get a refund- thankfully! It's so frustrating that her image allows her to continue to screw people over. What do we need to do to get her cancelled? UGH

I spent a month and a half of weekends building a camper for Twiggy to go to taxidermy school with. When I finally finish she tries to tell me she’ll “mail me a check” after some time of arguing I finally got her to send me a portion of the agreement. She spent a ridiculous amount on appliances and aesthetic details which she started a go fund me for. She vented to me about her health issues and how it made it tough to keep up with work but from what I have seen and experienced it’s mostly negligence. Then she will turn it around on you and make you the bad person for one or more reasons that have no base in reality. She does not care. I had a funny feeling from the beginning and should have looked online then. I spent lots of hard work on this project and feel extremely cheated/used. Let the hundreds of other reviews speak for themselves.

I wouldn't risk ordering from Twiggy again. I ordered stained glass in November 2018 and a pin in March 2020. I got my pin in August 2020 and a refund for the stained glass this month. I thought I knew what I was getting into and knew that I would be waiting a long time for my orders, but it was still a frustrating experience and I can't recommend her in good conscience even though I had a positive outcome.

I can't even begin to count the amount of emails, DMs, comments, etc. I had to send to get a response. It's pretty much a part time job to track her down. Your best bet is to catch one of her lives and comment until she responds, but you may get ignored. Second best is to comment publicly, but now she is starting to turn comments off on her posts. Emails are a waste of time. DMs are 50/50, but even if she responds she will lie and say your order will be shipping "within the week" or "within two weeks." It won't, and if you follow up, she will be offended and start to get rude and nasty.

I know she was sick for the last couple years but make no mistake, she has always had issues with fulfilling orders--I started following her in probably 2016/17 and she had angry customers even then. I was willing to wait indefinitely on the stained glass but now she is apparently going to taxidermy school and hasn't said a word about glass for months, so I had to pull the plug.

It's just not worth the stress. Order from one of the other many talented stained glass artists on instagram who have excellent customer service and will at least not take your money and then treat you with disrespect.

This review echoes all those posted previous to mine. I ordered from Halona Glass 2 years ago. Still have not received my purchase. I've contacted Twiggy (the business owner) multiple times hoping to receive an update on shipping etc. I've even changed addresses during this time and it took a lot of poking and prodding to get a response. Was originally promised a 5 month lead time on the piece and its now been 24months. Not only has this business owner not taken the time to reach out to customers to personally offer them a refund or inform them of the insanely long lead times ( if you want updates you must follow on Instagram or watch her live stories) but also has shown blatant disrespect for those who have purchased from her. I would never upfront accuse someone of scamming but its hard not to lean that way after reading all the reviews on Revdex and Better Business Bureau. Something seems fishy here.

She 'no longer takes paypal'; the reality of this is she wants to ensure people cannot file cases against her. I ordered a piece from her over a year ago. It never arrived, and she will not respond to messages.
But I guess she was too busy with her 'cancer' to honor purchases. I hope her business goes under so she can't continue to steal money from people.

Ordered and paid for ($115) a safety pin in January 2020, but waited until May to ask about it because of Covid closures, and was told it had shipped. Asked a month later in June, was told it was shipped with a different batch. Asked again in July, was told it was being remade (proving her first two responses were lies) and would be shipped out soon. Asked again in August and was told the postal service was the reason for shipping issues. Have continued requesting updated information about once a month since and business owner Twiggy Levy has stopped reading or responding to my messages. Have yet to receive any shipping information, via Instagram or email, as of December 2020.

Twiggy has stolen from me like many others. Although I’ve cut my losses and moved on from her theft, I’d like to warn others.

This person is a scammer. I’m a fellow silversmith and believe very much in community over competition, so when I found Halona Glass/Twiggy Levy, I loved her work and wanted to support a fellow artist who is also a silversmith. I purchased a gorgeous mirror from her website on 2/2/18. Almost an entire year went by and I emailed her and messaged her through Instagram with no response from her, and no product ever was sent to me. I also commented on her Instagram posts multiple times and still no response. I finally messaged her again through Instagram, very upset, and she gave me a sob story about her health issues and whatnot, which was total bs because she was making and shipping products and active on IG the entire time. She told me she didn’t have a way of refunding me other than money order (which is also bs, if you have a business, you can send people money other ways, she claimed she didn’t have PayPal either to send money). She lied, did not communicate, and stole $115 from me. To this day (10/24/20) I have not received another message, the product I ordered, or a refund from her. I’ve included screenshots of my Instagram conversation with her where frankly, I was too nice to this thief. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, buy anything or do business with Twiggy Levy/Halona Glass. She is a scammer. I have also had a conversation with another person I know through Instagram about how she was scammed by Twiggy as well. I gave one star because I had to select something, but she gets zero stars.

My story is practically identical to all the ones below, which is incredibly embarrassing and infuriating 1) obviously in part to the product I never received, that I was actually was looking forward to receiving, even after two years of empty promises, and that cost me $200 2) the utter disrespect for customers by ignoring email inquiries, DMs, etc, despite regular posting on social media. TwiggyLevy's large IG following is absolutely oblivious to her deceitful and despicable business conduct. I hope to god she's actually used all the money she has stolen to treat her cancer. Michelle Levy Kival, if you're reading this, I hope you never get treated as poorly as you've treated everyone on this page. Who has hurt you, man? Twiggy, you're lucky you have IG.

I actually think Twiggy gets a lot of unjustified hate. I believe her when she says she was ordered by her doctor not to work on stained glass, and I also know for a fact that glass is time consuming and expensive to create. So while I ordered in November 2018 and have not received my item, I am not angry about that. I fully knew the risks when I ordered and I think I will get it eventually.

What is not justifiable is her lack of communication. Every few months I have to go through a period of repeatedly emailing, DMing, and leaving comments on her page and in her lives before she acknowledges me. Usually a public callout does the trick, but it makes me look like an ae and gets a testy response. She has also pretty blatantly lied several times claiming my order will be shipped “in a couple weeks”— there is no need to do this, it is obvious bs and all I ask for is an update! I never complain and only want information as to the progress on my order.

If you pay attention, when you order from her you know what you are getting into. But ignoring/reacting tersely to polite and friendly customers is noooot cool.

I ordered a small incense burner ($50.00) from her business in November of 2018. Almost a year later, I’ve heard nothing from her and received no product.

When I first purchased, I got an email that said I’d receive shipping notification in about 2 months and that I would receive the product around then. Never received any type of notification. I tried to contact her several times through the website email and by direct message via her Instagram and got no response.

It’s now almost a year later. Her Instagram claims she has undergone chemo for ovarian cancer. Perhaps this is true- but the reviews on here and on other websites go back years noting the same problems with communication or simply not receiving a product.

Finally, I messaged her on Instagram again and told her that if I got no response, I would be posting about her on BBB and I would report her to the Post Office. She messaged back immediately and said that she was issuing a refund and was dealing with chemo therapy for the last year. I replied and said that I was aware of this but that other reviews of her business claimed it might be a scam. She replied with an email image of my refund but no other explanation, and I did receive a refund several days later.

Maybe she is completely honest and was unable to communicate for a long period of time. Giving my experience so that others know.
