Excellent service From the first call through the completion of resolving my issue I felt like they truly cared about getting my HVAC system running again as soon as possible So nice to deal with honest people in an industry where honesty is often lacking

[redacted] was our technician and we had been having issues for almost a year. Several companies came and looked at it and couldn't figure it out. [redacted] from Halo showed up when he said he would and stuck with it and got it working correctly! He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. He got our unit functioning when others could not and the charges were reasonable. He even double checked our second unit to make sure it was running well! I am a believer and will not use any other technician from now on.
