Review: We ordered a new pool liner from Hall's Pools on 3/27/14 to be first on the list. The first scheduling was to be on 4/23/14. Due to weather, they asked if 5/2/14 would be OK. I was fine with this. They came that day and said it was still too cold to put it in but we would be at the top of the list. We did not hear anything so I called on 5/7/14. Of course we were not on the list, they said the next possible day would be on 5/23/14, but they would check with the installers to make sure. The next day I called to see if anything was taken care of and I did get very upset with them. I told them we want the liner in by 5/23/14. The installers did come that day, unfortunately they ran into another problem. I asked how long that would be this time. They said probably 1 week. So, my husband drove over to the store today. Of course, again, we weren't on the list. So, they told us they were booked till Wednesday 6/4/14. It will take them 2 days to complete this. I ordered it the end of March. This should have been enough time to get my liner installed even with bad weather. I wish I wouldn't have gone with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge of that store accept young kids with no authority.Desired Settlement: I just want my liner in ASAP!
