Hello! Thanks for prompt responseYes I was able to exchange it however I ended up picking up the wrong medium due to being so upsetI didn’t pick up the toddler medium?? I didn’t realize it until I got home but under the circumstances if I have to go to another Halloween store and purchase the
toddler medium I will just do that, because unfortunately I can not step foot back in that store...also just for confirmation of how the situation went there was another employee working that dayI think her name was B*** she heard the entire conversation and she was so kind enough to approach me and apologize for S*** being so rude and talking to me the way she did...also I’m not sure the employee S*** knew but I also had my sister on the phoneShe also heard it all...I checked their website and they have a 1star rating as a result of their rudenessShe kept my old receiptAll of this is just unexceptable.Thanks for your time!
