My wife, ***, talked to the owner's wife of Hallmark Autos and Portable Buildings, Cyeylnn, on Facebook where the storage building was advertised with a picture and price for $1,234.00. My wife, ***, asked what size the shed was and Cheylnn answered 10'x16', my wife asked if the flooring was treated and the owner's wife, Cheylnn answered yes it was treated 4x6's and 2x6's with a 6 year warrant. I, ***, went to pay for the storage building and another person that works there said no that the price is not correct, it was $3,000 plus. I told him the deal and he said I don't know about her dealings on it. I went back on Monday, April 23, 2018 and talked to the owner and he said he will not even try to solve the problem, maybe give a discount of $300.00, that's it. My storage that I had was sold already to another person because I thought I was purchasing this one on Friday, April 20, 2018. I have the ad that was on Facebook along with the conversation between the owner's wife and my wife.
I am writing in response to the complaint received concerning a Facebook Marketplace post. As I have already expressed to the customer his story is understandably a mere miscommmunication. The Ad as posted had 10 photos of various sizes and styles of.buildings. The marketplace platform does not allow multiple prices on a single post so the post heading reed $1234...in my opinion an obvious assumption that 10 buildings of great variance would not all be priced "$1234". When the miscommunication was brought to my attention I apologized and explained the same. As an apology I offered a discount whlch was approximately $300. This was not satisfactory to the customer and he expressed that he would be filing a complaint...I told him to proceed. In my opinion this issue is not a basic miscommunication on my part but equally negligence on the consumers part in reading an ad in Its entirety and asking appropriate questions which should be standard on a platform such as facebook.
Sincerely,
Jorden ***

Clear case of bate and switch to lure customers in and I would like to have some assistance to pursue legal action on this matter. What is the appropriate department to go through in order to get help with this matter.
