Review: I have bought a brand new home from Hallmark Homes in the Monroe Manor community in Monroe Township, NJ. The home has a warranty of 10 years on its structure. Recently I have found that the walk in shower is becoming unstable and asked a contractor to inspect. He removed one tile on the shower and found that the tiles were on regular sheet rock whereas the township code is to have cement boards in shower areas. I have checked with the Monroe Township to confirm that the cement board is indeed the code in NJ. I have called the builder and informed the matter through email also. The person who has taken the call at ###-###-#### (hmarkhomes.com) promised me that the information has been passed to the builder/construction and affirmed that she will come back to me. This hasn't happened even after a month. I have left messages and emails but no reply so far.Desired Settlement: I want the builder to make the necessary changes at their expense according to the code or have me reimbursed for the amount so that I can get it done through a contractor.

Response:
Pursuant to the complaint I received from your office regarding the above referenced property,
[redacted], please see attached back up that clearly states that Mr. [redacted] shower area was construction in compliance with the 2000 IRC ([redacted]) which was being enforced at the time. This is not a Structural issue. (See attached 2—10 Structural coverage Definitions)
Review: The issue is Accumulation of Water in front of my house driveway for the whole stretch making it difficult for my family to step out. We had to jump through the puddle / frozen puddle. This was raised on Aug 6th 2014 even before closing and was promised to be fixed soon. Again on Closing ON Aug 21 2014 this was raised and promised the same and told this is a very minor issue. Ever since Closing the builder did not respond to my emails/voicemails. Only on escalating to all the associated Stakeholders he replied stating the paving company will give an assessment. Even after 9 weeks after Closing, I am yet to get a detailed estimate when this issue will be fully fixed. The Builder is just delaying things. If this full stretch of the puddle freezes in winter, it will be very difficult to jump through it risking injury to limbs and property.
In the first place this issue should not have happened but because of poor workmanship it happened.
Next this was supposed to be fixed before closing which the builder had negligently avoided till now 9 weeks hence and for the foreseeable future.
We cannot wait forever like this.
Also please advise what claim for monetary compensation can I get for this poor and negligent workmanship of the builder.Desired Settlement: Monetary Compensation for Mental and Physical Agony and any future damages/injuries in a slip and fall situation in the frozen puddle of water.
Review: I have purchased a new home in [redacted] at [redacted] from [redacted]. As per the agreement my house is under 1 year of warranty which ends on May 7th. As per agreement, I have to provide them 1st month, 3rd month, 6th month and 11th month list to fix all the outstanding things needed to be resolved. I have been providing them 3rd month list 6 months ago and nothing has been has been done. I have been repeatedly sending them emails and keep getting promisses someone will stop by. I have taken multiple day off from work to make sure I am at home to resolve the issue but at the end of the day no one shows up. This is my last resort to get some help to fix the warranty repairs on my house. My house will be out of warrranty on May 7th. Please help me resolve the issue with the builder. Please contact me if there is more information needed.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to fullfill the agreement signed at the time of clossing and cover the warranty repairs needed to be resolved.
