were in business were never transferred to any one with our knowledgeWhen Hallmark closed its doors we notified 2-of the business closing so they would be responsible for any ongoing warranty issues that may arise during the life of the existing open 2-warranty’sWe have away acted in good faith with all our clients but we could not control the outside forces that ultimately forced the closing of our companyI don’t know who this gentleman spoke with but all the warranty’s only include the national standard years on mechanical equipmentCarrier is the nations leaded in AC products and we as the builder only select what companies to work with …we don’t manufacture the unitsIn fact our HVAC contractors size the units to the size of the home to calculate the correct load volumesSo we don’t even have a say so in what size they say the home needs to work properly. I’m very sorry the homeowner has had issues with Carrier’s unitsWe still believe they are the best in the market. Best, *** ***
