Hallmark Creations

I purchased a 2019 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament, and when I opened it up at home I realized it was made of plastic. I was not satisfied with the quality of the ornament so I went to the store to return it, and I was told that the sale was final and I was not able to receive a refund (not even in the form of merchandise credit, which was not preferable but acceptable). I was not told that the sale was final when I purchased the item, and it was not listed on the receipt. When I went to return the item, I was told that signs were posted, but they were not in visible locations. These signs to be posted in obvious locations and the cashier should have told me it was a final sale item and I would have opened the ornament before purchasing it. The refund policy was extremely underhanded and unjust. I should be able to get a full refund for an item that was returned because I was dissatisfied with the quality.
