Review: He rent an iPhone through hallaphone [redacted] from 09/**/13 to 10/**/13.

He hasn’t received the deposit back which he supposed to even though the iPhone has been returned.

According to the contract, after a rent mobile phone has been returned to the business, the company will send an invoice of the last period to the consumer. After paying for the full amount, the consumer will have the amount of deposit back within three business days.

He already paid the business on 11/**/13. He has sent several emails to inquire about the deposit, but the business has never repliedDesired Settlement: This consumer wants to get a deposit back as soon as possible.
