In reference to Revdex.com case #*** a customer did on February 10, purchase a Toyota camry
4-cylinder engine from me for the sum of $total, on February 21, the customer came back to
claiming the engine was no good, that the engine was locked up and all he wanted was his money back
I told him and showed him that the engine was not locked up because I went to the back of his truck where
the motor was located and rotated the crankshaft over and over to prove that it wasn't locked up.Then I offered to pull another motor in exchange for the returned motor, which he refused reason being (he said
it had too many miles on it)Well you have to take into consideration the car is already years old (of course the motor is going to have a lot of miles on it) I also told him that the motor he had was a good motor and that our company policy is exchange only no refunds unless we don't have another in stock, which is posted in plain viewThe customer stated he had already decided to junk the car and all he wanted was his money back
