Half Price San Diego

Review: I've contacted the new partner, Deal Current Network, multiple times to solve a problem that occured as a result of the website being changed to a different platform. I've offered solutions to the problem, but keep being re-directed. I've sent close to ten emails back and forth with [redacted] and have yet to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: As I stated in a previous email with customer service:

I can see the voucher numbers and the vouchers, I just can't use any of these because if I do it may interfere with the gifts, as I don't know which vouchers I printed and gave away.

If I can offer two solutions to the problem- Because I cannot use 4 of the vouchers that I purchased because of the different platform:

1. Half price San Diego will refund my card the amount of four paint and palette vouchers.2. We wait to see if the merchants will mark them as redeemed so that we can determine the voucher numbers of the unused vouchers. If they are not marked as redeemed within a reasonable amount of time before the expiration date, Half Price SD will refund my card for the price of four vouchers.

Please let me know if either of these are acceptable.
