Haley Too Salon and Day Spa

Review: I went in on Friday for a 4pm appointment to get some chunky blond highlights in my shoulder length hair. I showed [redacted] the stylist a picture of what I was looking to do to my hair. [redacted] said she knew exactly what she was doing and got started. After being there for 3.5 hours including an hour under the dryer and reapplying color twice I knew things were not looking good. She finally pulled the foil out of my hair and I was right it was HORRIBLE! I had multiple uneven orange spots in my hair. [redacted] said that she would need to reapply more color at that point it was so bad I didn't want her to do anything but get me out of this chair. I left after 4 hours with my hair being so messed up I cried for a second. The next morning I had to find another salon that had to dye my hair back to my original color then add highlights because it was so messed up. $160.00 later my hair was back to normal. I called Haley too salon and left a message for the owner. The front desk person called me back to hear the story then told me she would have Haley call me back. Today again [redacted] does not call me but the front desk person to offer me a free haircut. She stated because I paid with a [redacted] she could not offer me anything else. I am sorry but I paid 70.00 for my [redacted] then the next morning had to pay $160.00 to have my hair fixed and not only can the owner not call me but thinks I am going to come back to this salon for a free haircut. Worst experience ever!Desired Settlement: I want $160.00 that I had to pay to have my hair fixed.
