Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My fiance and I did infact get all paperwork to both [redacted] and [redacted] in a very timely mannerWe asked questions and did follow ups to see how we could speed the process along [redacted] assured me several times that the seller was okay with how long this was takingAnd i'd like to add that it was nothing we were doing [redacted] was the entire reason paperwork did not get entered timely It was because of ***s continual reassurance that I did not try to have us in the house before ChristmasAlso, [redacted] told [redacted] and I both in person about the closing costsWhen we signed those papers saying otherwise I was extremely upset! I knew right then that ***s words mean nothing He is all talk to please but when it comes down to it he cannot be trusted Sincerely, [redacted]

closing firm's fee only Buyer agreed to this Note under CLOSING Costs line through 84Buyer to pay loan and closing costs.Line property was to close on 1anuary 6, 2017Lines to Additional Provisions Nothing here says buyer's closing costs were to be paid by seller or anyone else.COUNTER OFFER #by Seller, Line Seller to pay only for survey The buyer did not .sign this counter offer but then did their own Counter offer #2.COUNTER OFFER #by Buyer, Purchase price only to be $210,Seller did not sign buy did his counter offer #back to buyer.COUNTER OFFER #by Seller, Purchase price toe $This was signed by both buyer and seller.AGREEMENT TO AMEND/EXTEND Dated January 17,to extend the closing date to January 27, 2017 signed by seller Buyer did not sign but did another extension requesting the closing be moved to February 7, that was signed by both buyer and seller.ESTIMATE OF CLOSING COSTS This was presented to the buyer and the buyer initialed itand agreed to it.Now to address other statement made by *** *** *** is a very detailed consciousrealtor Never has a complaint of any kind has been against him for how he works with a customer He goes above and beyond what most realtors do.Ms*** and her fiance continually would not get the required documents back to our office or the loan officer in a timely manner There was also a problem with them obtaining a loanFinally the seller had had enough of their delays and said to cancel the contract and refund their earnest money to them This has been done.Now that you have the facts in black and white, please dismss this complaint.If you need anything further, please let me know Do not hesitate to call me on my cell phone at*** *** ***.Sincerely,*** *** Broker/OwnerHale's Valley Properties---***Revdex.com REDACTED A PAGE ATTACHMENT(S)***
