I had Hale and Son replace concrete driveway, Apron and sidewalks at my residence in August In February of I noticed scaling on the surface of the drivewayI contacted Hale and Son and expressed my concernThey wanted to apply an epoxy coating to keep the problem from getting worseThat was unacceptable as I researched my concerns and found out that improper finishing techniques can produce weak surface strength on concreteI have been back and forth with Hale and Son about this, I even contacted the Bucks County weights and measures consumer protection advocateThey tried to get the issue resolved, but for some reason they found in his favorI have filed a claim with small claims in my area and Hale and Son is ignoring the certified notificationsI have taken to social Media to research deeper and I have found out the Hale and Son has a reputation for this exact problemI have also discovered that it is common practice for them to perform work without providing contractsHale and Son needs to be investigated and needs to be brought out in the light for what they arePlease help as I am available for questions
