Hak's Sports Bar A GoGo

Review: I was parked in the Hak’s parking lot area on 6/28/15. My car was towed around 3:00am. There were no signs in the area that I was parked indicating that the parking was Hak’s customer’s only and that all other vehicles would be towed after a certain time. I took pictures of the entire area surrounding my car and there was not one sign. If you are going to tow cars out of your lot there need to be signs everywhere. The sad thing is that I am a customer of Hak’s but decided to go to the club next door after it had closed. Hak’s is using bad business ethics but employing [redacted] towing to tow cars out of its parking lot. There is an A list club across the street and Hak’s is making up for a loss of profits by towing cars. This is not ethical. Everything I had was in my car. I had to stay in a flea bag motel across the street that was infested with mice. That cost me $80. In addition, I had to spend $340 to get my car released from [redacted] towing. To avoid legal action and negative publicity. I am formally requesting that Hak’s refund my expenses in the amount of $420 immediately.Desired Settlement: To avoid legal action and negative publicity.
