the complainant, on December [redacted], a request was made by telephone to complainant to provide the names of the other contractors at the site. Please note no contact was made to HAKS on 11/**/15 nor 12/*/15 as indicated in the complaint.

Review: ON 11/**/2015 I CONTACTED THE FIRE DEPT BECAUSE THERE WAS LEAKING FROM THE CEILINGS OF MY BEDROOM, LIVINGROOM AND KITCHEN, ALL NEAR ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. YESTERDAY, 12/**/2015, THE CEILING WAS LEAKING AGAIN. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY TO NO AVAIL. MY DAUGHTER IS CHRONIC MEDICAL ISSUES AND MY ELDERLY MOTHER IS CHRONIC ILL AS WILL. SHORT OF THEM GETTING SICK FROM THE DAMP AND LEAKING CEILING, MY APT CAN CATCH FIRE.Desired Settlement: I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE, " FIXING" THE ROOF, BUT AT WHAT COST?. A REAL PROFESSIONAL ROOFING CONTRACTOR, WOULD AFTER THE END OF EVERY WORK SHIFT WOULD PLACE TARP DOWN TO MAINTAING DEBRI AND SECURE POSSIBLE CRACK IN THE ROOF WATER, SNOW...ETC. I WANT HAKS ENGINEERS & LAND SURVEYORS, TO PLACE AND SECURE A TARP ACROSS THE ROOF OF MY ENTIRE BUILDING AT THE END OF EVERY BUSINESS DAY.
