tips in cash each night so it really helps when customers are able to pay in cash.  However, if a customer prefers to pay by credit card that is not a problem at all. We sincerely apologize if one of our staff has been disrespectful in handling this policy.     The sign on the door requests a minimum credit card purchase of $15 for lunch and $25 for dinner.  However this is not enforced if the customers prefer to use a credit card, no matter the purchase amount.     There are no surcharges to our customers for using a credit card. The exact same amount is charged for credit cards as for cash.      There may be times when change is counted back incorrectly.  Our staff makes the correction immediately without any fuss or argument.     We apologize for the customer's bad experience during her visits and will make note of areas where we can improve in the training of our staff.  We always strive to give the best service to our customer so that they have a pleasant experience at our restaurant.   Sincerely,   Chiyuki S[redacted] Please contact me if there are any questions.
