Hairsational U

Review: I ordered hair from hairsationalu on July **. I researched the company and was very excited about my order. When I received my shipment today, I opened my package to find nothing inside but the tube the hair was supposed to come in and a bag with my receipt inside. I called about this and spoke with [redacted]. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I explained to her what I received and instead of a helpful,sympathetic tone, I was made out to seem unintelligent and I was spoken down to. As a business who claims to be so exquisite, I feel bamboozled. As an establishment who is customer oriented, I feel that something should have been handled better and anything that could have been done should have been done with no problem. My missed merchandise may not have been their fault but as a business, and me as a paying customer, I should have been treated as such and made to feel at ease, like I mattered. I have filed a claim with the postal service and in order to move forward I need other information that I have requested from the company. No one has gotten back to me and I feel completely left out on my own. No one has contacted me or tried any harder to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I am very upset and feel that this is not a stand up business. Do not have a business unless you are prepared to be great at customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement or refund for my purchase. I should not be out over $100 because of either an error on the postal service or company. Hairsational U should do whatever they can so that they have a happy customer.
