There was an incident in our salon at HairDo USA with our stylist Mui ***L [redacted] (complaint ID [redacted] ), where a client came in to have her one year olddaughter's hair trimmedThere was a language barrier which resulted in the stylistmisunderstanding the child to be a boyTragically, the stylist then began to shaveone side of the little girl's headWe are deeply sorry that this situation occurredand wanted to rectify this in any way we couldWe spoke and apologized to theclient and immediately reached a mutually satisfying solutionThe client hasagreed to take their daughter to another salon in order to fix this haircut and wewill reimburse them upon receiving the billWe take full responsibility for thisunfortunate occurrence, and we will work with the stylist in question to ensure thatnothing like this happens again in the future.-- Thuy N [redacted] at HairDo USA
