I am rejecting this response because: I brought my car in for services hector did not do a proper inspection on my vehicle he did not fix the problem he made it worse the very next day my water hose broke it started to over heat and was unable to drive wen I made it to a safe e destination I contacted hector and informed him of wat happened he asked me to bring my car back my car was and is still not driveable therefor I had to call a tow to transport my car to his shop I would like a refund for my money the money I spent on a tow and I would like expenses that I have to put towards my car

CLAIM #[redacted]  To Whom It May Concern                                                                                                   September 9, 2017 Regarding Ms. Jacqueline [redacted], Claim # [redacted].   I Reject Ms. Jacqueline [redacted] Respond because what she Got done on the 8/16/2017 Got Nothing to do with What She’s Claiming. I fix a Water Pump and a Timing Belt That’s in Front of the motor. Now the water hose she claims that broke is behind the motor that has nothing to do with what I fix. Now we did the pressure test before MS. [redacted] brought the car on the 7 of August, 2017 she claimed that it was over heating so to find out what’s the problem we do a pressure test. She needed a new water pump and a new timing belt. Since the water pump wasn’t working it also makes the timing belt to go bad.
