Review: This place likes to rip off the elderly. My mom has really short hair and always washes it before she goes there and NEVER ask to have her hair dried. But this time without advising my mother of the additional cost of drying her hair she dried it anyway. And charged my mom $35. She only needed her hair trimmed. The [redacted] of that store is not that good to charge someone or take advantage of my mother like that! This lady has cut my mom's hair before and never charged her that much and always knew my mom preferred not to have her hair dried. I called and asked her to at least refund my mother $10 due to her lack of communication and knowing my mother like she did. This was an out right discrimination against an elderly woman and a chance for her to take advantage of my mother. I request that the full amount be returned to my mother preferably by mail. I don't want my mother to have to go back in there and face this dead beat that took her for a ride.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $35.
