in response to Ms***'s nonsensical complaint.Ms*** arrived in my salon and we consulted for a significant amount of time regarding her hairI distinctly recall her stating "you nailed it!'There was never any mention as to damage of her shoes Ms*** departed having paid by checkThe next day I received a phone call form Ms*** I was convinced after her conversation that she was a mentally disturbed individualAlthough the money was owed to meI chose to mail her back the yet un-deposited check. What this individual did with this check I am unaware ofI can assure you that I did NOT deposit or cash that checkAlthough the money was owed to me. Many customers as well as my staff were present and had a distinct memory given her bizarre behavior and demeanorAffidavit are available upon request from many participants and witnesses.
