Review: I went to Hair Illusions based on a recommendation. A gal name Marne was the hair dresser I wish to file my complaint against. The owner Linda offer to give half of the 80 that I put out to get my hair done. She saw the pictures of my hair that I posted on the YELP website. I was in tears...after getting my hair done by Marne. She left the bleach on my hair way too long and my hair color bled onto hair that was not suppose to be colored!! My hair feels like spaghetti and it looks like a chopped MOP!! Pictures speak a thousand words... I pointed out the bleed spots at the time of service and she shook head and said it all blends together. Went home to thoroughly look at my hair when I noticed more bleed spots. My hair looks dirty and looks like a skunk. Not only that but she cut my hair and left 2 long pieces in the back! My friend had to fix it for me when I went to work it was that bad and noticeable . Since then I have worn my hair up insure embarrassment and ashamed of what I look like. I asked her to give me my money back or a portion of it because I did not trust her touching my hair again! She replied You can either grow up and come in or it's your loss. Trust me on this if you see the pictures you will feel my pain. Marne seems to think she did a good job but I beg to differ it looks like Marne got her license from Edward Scissor hands. She should not be allow to cut and color hair based on she said she been doing this for 10 years time. How does one make that kind of mistake?? Not at all sympathetic or empathy towards the customers hair or feelings. The finish product was a sad out come for me. I ended up filing a report on YELP and calling the Ca gov board of barbering & cosmetology to file report there as well as here. Shame Shame Shame on Marne and the owner for not stepping up to the plate to correct this situation. As if I would go back to that salon and Marne an have her mess my hair up even more!!! Now I need to go paid another hair dresser to fix my damaged hair.Desired Settlement: Full refund not half. Plus damages incurred by me having to go out to spend more money to get my hair repaired. I have pictures as well. And they are posted on YELP for anyone to view.

False advertisement about hair. I have pictures of proof the damage to my hair and had consulted the business many times letting them know I was not happy with my hair and did not feel comfortable having the same person touch my hair.
