Hair Free Forever

Review: I paid in advanced for treatment at Hair Free Forever. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the results I was getting, including some marks left on my underarms due to the treatment. I went to inform the manager/owner that I would not be continuing the treatment, and that I would like a refund for the remaining balance of my payment, and she refused to refund the remaining balance. She constantly repeated that they don't provide refunds for services, and I told her that I was not asking for a refund on services that had been provided to me. I just wanted the remaining balance refunded to me, because I no longer wanted to continue treatment with them. I even agreed for her to take pictures of my underarms, which she previously had requested, if she would give me a refund of the remaining balance. She still refused to give me the balance of my payment.Desired Settlement: I made a payment for 350 dollars for treatment. The treatment costs are 35 dollars for every 15 minutes. On February 15, I received treatment for an hour and 15 minutes. On March 13th, I received treatment for 45 minutes. Treatment for these two sessions total 280 dollars. I would like to get a refund of 70 dollars, the remaining balance.
