Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
It is really hard to know where to even start here, because half of the things that Irina said is untrue. First of all, when I first came in to do my hair it was pm, and at this time Irina was still working with another client, she had me sit and wait for at least minutesBefore she even started doing my hair it was at least 6:pmWhen I first discussed my hair color and cut, Irina didn't seem to have a problem with it, she did say that it will probably cost $more, which I agree to pay for I clearly explained to her what kind of hair cut/color I wanted I told Irina that my layers needs to look soft and gradual, not chopped off unevenly, she said she understand, I showed her where they need to start and the length I wanted
She was done coloring my hair at 8:pm, then cut, and by the time I walked out of the salon it was 9:pm, not 9:30pmWhen she told me that she doesn't have time to style my hair, I said it's ok, but I didn't think she will send me home with soaking wet hairAt the time she send me home, I had no idea what my hair color and cut will looks like because my hair was wet, very wetYes, I left her $tip plus $on top for Ombre additional color, but I had no idea what I was leaving it for, I did it out of politeness($+ $+ $= ?) It really isn't customers concern on how much *** reimbursed Irina
When I came home and dried my hair (because it was wet), I realized that I didn't receive a hair cut that I asked for, Ombre didn't look like I asked eitherI called Irina few days latter and asked her to add me some layers, she agreedWhen I came in again for additional layers, Irina was acting extremely frustrated, she was pulling my hair so hard and careless, that I just wanted to run awayI just can't imagine for Irina to have any of the regular customersShe also made bunch of rude comments about my hair appearanceWhen she was done with my hair cut this time, my hair looked awful, I had never received in my life such a horrible hair cut, it did not look like anything I showed her in picture or asked verbally, my hair looked chopped off, very unevenlyI told her that I don't like the way it looked like, on which she replied - "your hair will never looked like in the magazine, you have to style it, here is the curling iron, you can style it yourself" I didn't even want to touch her curling brush, it looked very gross with hair all over it, plus I don't go to salon to do it myself.( In addition to that, curling iron will very much hide any flaws from even most awful hair cut, but only when hair is curled, just for that momentCurling iron/brush will not fix bad hair cuts.)
I came home extremely unhappy, I felt like I didn't received any of the services that I was promisedIt really shouldn't be a customer's problem on how much the stylist get paid and how much time it takes herThe problem is very bad hair cut, rude stylist, waste of moneyI would love to pay someone twice more, just as long as they can do a nice job
Irina needs to change her profession, or go back to school, also learn some customer service skills.Sincerely,*** ***
