Review: Hello, On 06/14/13, I've purchased in this store [redacted] ceramic hairstyling iron for the price of $80.00( plus tax). 2 weeks later the product stopped working. I used the product properly, per inclosed instructions. When I went back to the store with not working product and the receipt,the sales associate is charge that day refused to do anything about the issue.I was very flexible and ready to agree to any suitable for the business return/exchange options. It did not work, as no options were available. The sales associate pointed on HANDWRITTEN, covered by hanging down merchandises note that electric devices can be exchanged ONLY within 3 days of purchase.(I explained that I did not need to return/ exchange it withing 3 days after the purchase, as I have a believe that it will be working for longer period of time). When other sales associate, who was present at the store, called repair center phone # that was printed in inclosed user instructions- that # was out of service. Even then, the sales associate in charge preferred not to help me to resolve the issue, but just to get rid of me. She keeps pointing on previously mentioned handwritten and half hidden by hanging down merchandizes note that supposed to indicate return policy, and moved to the next customer with me still standing next to the register and awaiting for any option. When I got home, I also did some product research online, and found out that this [redacted] hair iron, is the product that designed to be broken- per consumer's reviews online. I believe that if the store who sells such undependable, and not very cheap ($ 80 for hair iron) product that gets broken so fast ( withing 2 weeks) should not leave the customer hanging down alone WITHOUT offering any solutions that would maintain consumer trust in good business.

At this point I am still flexible about settlement options.I would like:Revdex.com be notified, and hear back form Revdex.com if my complain and my expectations of the customer service is somehow reasonable.I would like the owner of the store to offer any solution besides me being gone, and be on my own in my monetary lost.Anything that Revdex.com can do to improve the customer support and service of that store will be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
