Review: I went into Hair Care Specialists with a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like. After 3 tries, the beautician was still not able to give me what I wanted and none of which looked like the picture I brought in. The beautician charged me for every time she tried to fix her mistakes. The bill for my hair that day was outrageous. I paid and left, in order to privately call and take the manager/owner about my unhappiness. The manager said she would call me back. However, I had been trying to contact her for a week and never heard a reply back. I called and left my number multiple times at the salon and emailed her with no response in return. Their website says this word for word, "Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.All our Services are 100% Guaranteed! If you are not absolutely delighted with your service, just tell us. Money back guaranteed!" However, the manager only offered to give me half of my money back and the only reason I was able to speak to her was because I drove back to the salon to see her in person. I think this is poor management on her part and I am extremely unsatisfied with my entire experience with this salon. I had to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed; which put me even more money into my hair.Desired Settlement: I want my entire payment returned. I do not feel like I should have to pay for something that I was extremely unsatisfied with, especially since their website says "Money back guaranteed!"
