On June 4, 2016, [redacted] came to see me to get her hair fixed after it was damaged elsewhere. I evaluated her hair to what extent it was damaged and she suggested she wanted to look like the celebrities [redacted] and [redacted] hair color. I colored her hair as her request and she left very happy... as you can see in the photo. A few days later she contacted me stating she did not like her hair and that she wanted a refund. I told her to come back and see what I could do to fix her hair. She mentioned she was not able to come because she had pink eye and then refused to come in on several occasions. I was more than accommodating her requests to fix her hair but she never did only demanded a refund after I spent time and products.
