Review: I walked into an empty salon with my daughter, the client, and asked for a quote from the owner [redacted] for a particular style of which I provided a picture. The quote was $38. Walked in a second time 2 days later to confirm the quote. Once confirmed I scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appt. we were greeted with warm smiles from 3 friendly women. After my daughter's hair was done, I was told the price was $75. I was in complete shock. [redacted], claimed she had no recollection of our conversation, had not seen my daughter and became loud and aggressive. She proceeded to say it took 2 hours and 3 people,2 of which were not needed, to complete the work. I felt I was being attacked and so to avoid making a scene in front of my daughter on the day of her First Communion I paid the bill. I have not felt right about the entire situation since then. I feel I was taken advantage of because of the fact that it was an important occasion and was completely deceived.Desired Settlement: I was quoted $38 but paid $80 in cash. I would like back half of what I paid so a $40 refund.
