wish to discuss in detail except to say the customer's demeanor, the time of day (evening) and the gender makeup of our staff that evening all played a part in this situation. The customer's sister/caretaker did contact me after this occurrence and we had a very nice conversation.  We talked about the situation and how and why the events transpired.  I am truly sorry our customer had this experience in our store and I asked his sister to relay that message to him.  Finally, I have discussed this incident with my staff and managers. We talked about how we might view certain situations in different ways and how we must all keep an open mind when things occur that we are not normally accustomed to.
