I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThen why did Haines sales rep said he would take care of this, went and made a phone call then came back into my office and said that it is all taken care of. If Haines is going through *** to get phone numbers then they better check with *** *** because we are with *** *** not ***. If the Haines company has been told of the problem they should not publish the wrong information but they still decided to publish the wrong information in the phone book. They need to correct the information on what the customer is telling them not a phone company that the customer is not with. Needs to pay more attention to their work

number and address. This is something that has to be corrected by [redacted] and the customer must contact them to have issue addressed. We have tried for 3 years and [redacted] has not corrected at our request.
