Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I would like to first off start by correcting Hag's Automotive on their reference to my partner as [redacted]. His name is [redacted]. As the vehicle owner, and they would have known that I, [redacted], am the vehicle owner if they had looked at the vehicle registration which is normal protocol to do before any work is done. As the vehicle owner I feel that the work should have been cleared by me and this whole situation very may well not have occurred.I made the appointment, the vehicle is in my name, and I feel that I should have been the one to be notified about the world. We are not legally married. I never encouraged anybody to rate their business page, but after reading my review, which I am attaching and was in no way harassing, smearing, or slanderous, lots of people took it upon their own selves to leave reviews. (I might mention that all the 5 star reviews were from family members.) I don't intend to beat a dead horse, but why on earth would anyone put nearly $1,000 into an older vehicle if they weren't under the impression from the mechanic that it would be a running vehicle? I understand the work they did do is fine, but it also isn't the reason we got the repairs done. I would like a partial refund of $544.00 from Hag's Automotive due to the fact that there were repairs made to the vehicle, but under false pretenses. I do not expect to pay for the parts since they are still in my possession. Sincerely,[redacted]
