The owner contacted us 3 days later notified us the problem had reoccurred while in Manhattan NYC. we informed him to bring the vehicle back to our location so we could reinspect and or re diagnose the issue at which time he insisted we go to Manhattan to make necessary repairs.

Review: I took the car to the shop to have a window that was stuck halfway up to get repaired.They were great at the start and repaired it the same day, told me they had to repair the regulator and that everything was good.3 days later the same issue happened again. I called and they said that they would look at it but the issue is that I work in Hackensack and this is where it happened but I live in Manhattan. I cannot drive with rain or snow coming down to the repair shop and I need to take it someplace in the city that hopefully would actually really fix it. I asked if they guaranteed their work and he said that he told me when I picked up the car that it might need parts. He did not tell me at that time any such thing. He also did not tell me that I should have it looked at later and that he had only done a temporary fix.He hung up on me when I pressed him about guaranteeing his work.Desired Settlement: I would like to take this to my regular dealership and have it fixed and have him refund the money for what he did. I just want what I paid him back and nothing more for wasted time and for missing work today.
