added gratuity to each of the guest checksThe party paying for of the guests refused to pay the gratuity so the charge was voided and rerun for the amount of the food onlyIt is true that the bank account would have shown both charges as it takes a few days for the transactions to clear through any instututionI understand that a refund was the proposed resolution however there is nothing to refundThank you for taking the time to clear up this unfortunate misunderstanding.
