Habit Salon

I went to Emma on 6/6 for color. she seemed very short on time and did not pay any attention to what I wanted. She also made a very inappropriate joke comparing her black dog to people of color.
I asked for a touch up on my dark roots and highlights at the ends of my hair and around my face. She ended up coating my entire head in bleach and destroying my hair. She had to re dye my hair 3 times and the color was still not at all what I wanted.
The salon is also very dirty and unprofessional and not worth the money AT ALL.
Very very disappointed

this salon understands brassy hair! if you have been dealing with orange/red tones and want someone to understand how to incorporate ash color this is the place- no one else compares! I can honestly say Chrissy trains her staff so you leave with amazing color- every time.

The people here are very rude , unprofessional, and racist. They discriminate against Anyone who is not white with blonde hair

Based on the "advertising" of services of this salon I went and had my hair colored and had extensions put in on december 3rd. From december 5th I have texts to both the hair dresser that the color seemed off from my first shampoo, out of the salon. The extension color and my own hair color totally didn't match and the extensions were GREY/GREEN COLOR!. I had spent over 2500$ at the salon and this seemed like amateur hour. The hair looked like a wig. I had to go to get the color fixed from another salon, who was "shocked" at the color of my hair. the salon was willing to get on the phone WITH THE OWNER OF HABIT SALON TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING AT BUT THE OWNER DIDNT EVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS. THE EXTENSIONS THEN STARTED TO FALL OUT WITHIN A WEEK I TEXTED THE OWNER. the owner proceeded to not respond to my texts for 20 DAYS!! I called the salon and spoke to 3 people asked for the manager was conveniently "never in and would call me back" and never did. Finally after january, after calling again and getting very angry I spoke to the owners husband who said here was a "no refund policy". He would call me back. Never did. Texted me saying he would email me after he spoke to all involved with a plan. After I sent a scathing text that I wanted a refund of my money, less the hair cost, he said I could call the lawyer and stopped responding. These people are CROOKS and HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AT HAIR. they should be HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their actions 100 percent. I HAVE EVERYTHING IN EVIDENCE ON MY PHONE FOR A MONTH ON TESTS WHERE NO ONE RESPONDED FOR ALMOST A MONTH WHERE OTHER SALONS OFFERED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ABOUT HOW THE COLOR WAS OFF AND THE EXTENSIONS CAME APART WITHIN 7 DAYS. I HAD TO GET NEW EXTENSIONS PUT IN WITHIN A MONTH.

These people over charge $895.00 to color hair and then would not return phone call, Chrissy what a joke.

The owner of this business Chrissy R and the stylists are scammers. The high amounts that they chair for hair services is robbery, especially since they do not make it clear on their website and feel the need to charge people higher amounts if they are not friends with the stylists or regulars. They copied Danielle White’s extension method Natural Beaded Rows and tried to use it as their own. Clients pay for permanent color and toner and it fades within 6 days.
