Review: I wrote to cancel my service in August of 2013. I received a confirmation of this request. However, the company continued to make unauthorized charges for the service after cancellation. I repeatedly contacted the company to seek a remedy and the company refused to refund the unauthorized charges.Desired Settlement: Company should refund unauthorized fees and Revdex.com should be aware of these trade practices

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], [redacted] has refunded the amount in question, and the financial aspects of the matter have been resolved. However, I ask Revdex.com to make note of the improper practices of the vendor with respect to the vendor's failure to discontinue billing after I had requested that services by the vendor be discontinued. If similar problems are reported in the future, I would like this claim to be on record.
