I paid this company $7725.00 for a new roof on 5/6/2017. Since I am alone and a senior citizen, I never went on the roof to check out this work. I found out now by someone that I hired to clear my roof of
Leaves in the fall that the flashing around both chimneys is coming loose and may cause leaking All around that area. I have called many times to get this company to stand by their work but to no
Avail. I do not want a new roof, I only want the flashing repaired so a leak does not happen and do
Destructive damage inside my home. If this flashing was done correctly in the first place I do not think that this would be a problem now. As a senior I rely on good contracting work to be done and this roof should at least last for 15 to 20 years. The very fact that this man has not returned many of my phone calls for help speaks volumes about his work.
I would appreciate any help you can give to me since I am worried about this situation causing me
