Haas Musical Instrument Repair

I am rejecting this response because: I am not wholely rejecting the response but I want Mr*** Haas to be honest with his response which he is not in this caseMrHaas has never advised me that he visited the school twice to look for my son's trumpet, he has not told me that the trumpet was sent back to *** in early June, and lastly he did not tell me that he would replace the trumpet had it not been foundOf all the times I've contacted their office I was told someone would get back to me which they never did until I threatened to file a grievance and complaint against his company. If Mr*** Haas had been as diligent as he had stated in this statement we would not be sitting here discussing this issue with Revdex.comI had to literally file a complaint with Revdex.com and also write to the school music teacher pleading to her to help me resolve this issue until MrHaas finally took actionThis is unacceptable business practice

The trumpet was found at the school we had returned it to as soon as the teacher returned from summer break. We had returned the trumpet to the school at the begaining of June prior to the end of the school yearWhen we were notified at the end of July the trumpet had not been picked up by
the student ,I visited the school on two occasions to try to locate the trumpetI talked to Mrs *** and explained that I was not able to locate the trumpet, but was sure it would turn up once the teacher returned, and that if it did not we would replace itShe seemed OK with that. When I called to tell her the trumpet had been found , she informed me the teacher had called her a week earlier to let her know she had the trumpetThank You *** Haas
