Bought a steam cleaner due to doing rescue work. Used it once emptied it and store it in my coat closet. It's been a couple of years and rescued a dog from the shelter and it broke with kennel cough. Got out my steamer and it worked for 5 minutes and started blowing my house breaker. I took off the back panel to see if clogged and the screws had rusted out. I was lucky I wasn't electrocuted. I bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond and since they have no record even though I sent them pictures they will not replace or help me.

No stars. I bought a steamer from this company in May and lost a small part to it, crucial to its operation (the cap to the water bottle). Not only can I not order it on their on-line accessory site, but no one bothers to return my phone calls or emails, though I have been trying to contact them for over a week. Even my retailer tried calling them to no avail. My advice to anyone would be to stay away from Haan USA products!!! My $200 machine is now inoperative because of a 20 cent part!!
