H2Go Express Car Wash

Review: I took my car through the H2Go Express Car Wash and when finished with wash I noticed on the driver side passenger door the trimming of my car was ripped off and scratches all both sides of my car. The employee had to go inside the tunnel and retrieve the part to my car. I was given a accident claim paper stating they would go through their cameras to see if they were responsible for the damage. A week later the manager emailed me saying to go to a repair shop that they do business with and to assess the damage. I asked to have all my trimming replaced because they only wanted to replace the one piece which would devalue my car because of the different colors of the trim. On one side it would be brand new and other original. Three months later and no response I contacted the manager and he claimed he forgot about my car. He stated that the "owners" would not replace the entire trimming and that the scratches were definetly not from their car wash. . If they only replace the one part my car will now depreciate in value because I already took it to the dealership and they said it devalued my car. I didn't take my car to a car wash to get torn apart and scratched all up. I am now with a car that is damaged by this car wash and unable to get the value that the car should appraise for if I never took it to this business.Desired Settlement: Replace all trimming of car so my car will have the value it had prior to entering the car wash and scratches buffed out.
