Review: My name is [redacted]I ordered a pair of h0les pixel prism glasses (Item# [redacted]), on November, [redacted], I selected Priority Mail as my delivery option but I still have yet to receive my packageI was notified via e-mail (Dec[redacted]) from the USPS that [redacted] was scheduled to ship the item on December [redacted], 2013, meaning it should arrive two days later on the [redacted] or the [redacted] at the very latestThe glasses are over $and I still haven't received what I ordered so I am more than a bit concerned and frustrated and I need answers..quicklyI feel like I have just about exhausted all of my options concerning this matter withiut escalating it but now I am obligated to seek out alternativesPlease let me know what it is that I can do.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel that I am at least entitled to receive back the money I spent via shipping/handling

The customer actually did receive the item, so this was an unjust complaint as acknowledged by the customer himselfHe sent us an email sincerely apologizing for filing the complaint, but said the Revdex.com wouldn't let him take it downWe don't understand why it was filed in the first place but appreciate the apology and will continue to work hard to make our customers happy
