I don't know how this company maintains such a good rating as my experience was totally unacceptable Their carpet installer said he would come by my home to give me a price to install my carpet and that he felt he could install it the following Wednesday He did not show up to give quote, so I called again and was told that he would come to my home at 12:to 1:Wednesday, would give me a quote, and if I was happy with it, would begin carpet installation then HE FAILED TO SHOW UP AGAIN! I called someone else and got my carpet installed Their workmanship may be fine, but I will never find out They said they are very busy now, but that is no reason to treat new customers like that
